Hy-Vee Triathlon


Matt and I competed in the Hy-Vee Triathlon over the Labor Day weekend. It was an olympic distance (1.5k swim, 40k bike, 10k run). It was challenging for me, but a lot of fun. There were almost 1,000 athletes, but the event was very well run. The finish was near the capitol building in Des Moines, IA. This was the last triathlon of the year for me.

    Good job with the race and nailing your time. Last tri of the season for me too. Hated putting the gear away.
